When you use any of our free tools — the NY 5D Personality Test, Self-Authoring Program, Career Fit Analyzer, or Career Finder — we collect:

• Your name and email address — so we can identify your results and contact you with insights
• Your assessment responses and results — including personality scores, career analysis, and self-authoring responses
• The date and time of your submission

We use this information to:

• Store your results so Hunter can reference them before and during coaching sessions
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our assessments over time
• Send you occasional insights and updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Understand how people use our tools so we can make them better

How we store your data

Your results are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Hunter Thompson and authorized New Youniversity team members. We also receive a summary of your results via email when you complete a tool.

We use Formspree to process form submissions and Calendly to manage booking. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed through their services.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our site:

• Google Sheets / Google Drive — for storing results
• Formspree — for processing form submissions
• Calendly — for scheduling coaching calls
• Netlify — for hosting the website
• Anthropic Claude API — for AI-powered analysis in our career tools

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete all your data at any time
